I am a Technical Project Manager with a background in management and data-driven strategy, working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and decision-making.

After earning my bachelor's degree in architecture from
Istanbul Technical University, I pursued an M.Sc. in Management at at the Technical University of Munich, where I developed an interest in strategic operations and applied analytics. I went on to contribute to strategy and cost optimization projects at the BMW Group, and earlier worked on process and performance reporting and internal consulting initiatives at Allianz Services.

Today, I work as a Technical Project Manager in the defense industry, at a company developing counter-UAS interceptor systems for European armed forces and NATO partners. I work across several product lines, from fixed-wing and multirotor interceptors to command-and-control (C2) software, coordinating hardware, software, and test teams toward customer deliveries.

My focus is on making complex engineering programs measurable and decision-ready. I manage verification and validation coverage, linking requirements to test points and reporting on readiness ahead of flight test campaigns and test readiness reviews. I identify gaps in requirements and acceptance criteria before they become risks in the field, and I support production readiness and risk mitigation as systems move toward delivery. I also design and roll out the planning and requirements management tools engineering teams rely on, and prepare program reporting for steering committees and leadership.

I value clear communication, whether in stakeholder presentations, dashboards, or technical documentation, and enjoy turning technical complexity into information teams can act on.

Originally from Turkey, I am currently based in Munich, Germany.
